OVERVIEW

All products are brand new. Products do not come with warranties unless specified by the manufacturer. For those items that have a warranty, the complete warranty is included with the product.

Refunds and exchanges are only available for those items that are damaged in transport. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Two Leaf One Bud. Two Leaf One Bud will cover the shipping charges only in the event that an item was received damaged. Refunds will be processed only after the damaged item is returned to the Two Leaf One Bud shipping department. In order to arrange for a return, customers must contact Two Leaf One Bud via email or phone no later than 2 business days after the shipment is received. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanges must be returned in original condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange items that do not include the aforementioned or are returned in damaged condition.

When returning products, pack the item(s) into original shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. We will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments unless pre-authorized by Two Leaf One Bud. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

 
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Two Leaf One Bud is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However, on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Two Leaf One Bud shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Two Leaf One Bud shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Two Leaf One Bud shall immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge.

All pricing is subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Two Leaf One Bud reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Returns

Our refund policy is valid for 7 business days for domestic orders and 12 business days for international orders. Unfortunately, returns are applicable only for damaged products, and we require damage proof through email. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Domestic Orders: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
International Orders: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your bank account or original method of payment within 10-15 business days, depending on international banking procedures.

 
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@twoleafonebud.com, and our team will initiate the pickup process through our shipping partner.

 
Shipping

Our products are shipped within 4-5 business days. To return your product, you should mail it to: sales@twoleafonebud.com, Tamil Nadu. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments unless pre-authorized by Two Leaf One Bud. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

 
Order Cancellations

Please note that once your product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. We encourage you to reach out to us immediately if you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped. Once the product has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
